I discovered today that this site has been indexed by Google and shows up in search results.
Which is kind of terrifying. Flinging these words out into the ether just for myself was one thing, but now that anybody—not just those who I gave the link—can see this, well, it’s downright unnerving.
But that’s part of my penance. I hid my light under the proverbial bushel, keeping it even from those I loved most; now I cast that light out into the universe, perhaps in the vain hope that it will somehow still reach those I dearly miss.
