Second time running this week muggins here botched a scheduled post and it didn’t go up on time. Checked my site this morning from work and swore; my new coworkers asked me what was up, and I demurred. Don’t want the folks at the new place to know what a nutbar I am yet.
(I did find out that the friend of mine I recommended to take my seat at the MSP got the job. Absolutely stoked about that, because the place we both were working at before I got the MSP job is turning into a kafkaesque nightmare, and I think he’ll do well there and I think they’ll do well to have him. I felt really bad about leaving them in the lurch by bailing, and this assuages my guilt somewhat.)
Taking an easy night. This counts as exposition, and I’m retooling my studies for the next month or so to prioritize a cloud cert that would suddenly be pretty valuable to me because literally everything at the new shop touches Azure in some way, shape or form. Actually getting the AZ-104 and immediately being able to use the damned thing would be nice.
It seems to me I could live my life a lot better than I think I am
